We can provide you with a phone number with your own direct Dial Id (DDI) number, you can choose to use this number or have your current business number diverted to it.

2. The Script
We use your answering protocol for your business, this is the script that our call answering team will use when they answer your calls, Your DDI number recognise you company and call is answered in your Company Name.
3. The Message
Once a call is answered in your company Name, we take the customers message and contact details or information you require have them emailed to you, the email will usually contain the customer’s name, their enquiry, and a contact number and/or an email address and forwarded to the relevant department or personal.
